Honestly, I really don't know much about celebrities. I don't keep up with that. I have a hard time distinguishing even the most famous of celebrities, and putting names to faces.

However, Farrah Fawcett is someone I actually do recognize, and of course I know the voice of "Heeeeeere's Johnny!". It's a big shame to lose these two.

But for me, I really was stunned at the deaths of both Michael Jackson and Billy Mays. Michael Jackson was a legend. While he may have had allegations against him, I dunno if any of them were true or not, and yes he started to look more like a freak and should have left his skin and nose alone. But there's no denying he's one of the most talented and recognized of music artists ever to live. Nobody could ever do what he did. He made Thriller, man. Thriller...

And then this afternoon I got a text from my sister saying that Billy Mays had died, and at almost the exact same time (literally one minute after), one of my co-workers also got a text. Billy Mays was, in my opinion anyway, the greatest pitchman ever. Anthony Sullivan, never heard of him until Pitchmen aired. And I've only seen Vince Offer for ShamWow and SlapChop. Billy had a certain charm to him that the other guys just don't have.

Well anyway, RIP to the four celebrities that have lost their lives this week. They will be greatly missed.
